We are looking for an experienced Welder to join a growing manufacturing team in West Bend, WI ! If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in producing quality welds, and are looking for a stable 1st shift opportunity , we want to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing:
Perform MIG welding on metal components and assemblies
Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
Measure and inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality
Set up welding equipment and make adjustments as needed
Use grinders, hand tools, and other fabrication equipment
Maintain strong weld quality and production standards
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
What We're Looking For:
Previous welding experience required
MIG welding experience strongly preferred
Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
Strong attention to detail and quality
Reliable attendance and transportation
Ability to complete a weld test during the interview process
