All Exmark products are designed to help customers increase productivity, while delivering unmatched quality.Hours:1st Shift hours: 2:00pm - 10:00pmPay: $22.24 plus $2.00 differential for a total of $24.24What Will You Do?In order to grow and build a successful career with Exmark, you will be responsible for:Read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and other written instructions and diagrams to perform task at handSelects appropriate weld jig, positions and secures piece parts in weld jig by loading parts by hand or by hoistPerforms MIG tack welds and seam welds based on project needsSets up welding cells for production runsBuff and inspect welded surfaces to insure quality standards are metMaintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, regulations, and active participation in all 5S efforts and initiativesPerform daily maintenance tasks on fixtures including but not limited to running robot through torch alignment, clean fixtures, change weld consumables (tips, nozzles, diffusers)Strives to meet all established safety, quality, cost, and productivity standardsContinually seeks to improve production methods, equipment performance and overall quality of productAbility to learn a variety of different product linesIdentify and apply Lean methodologies to ensure processes are scientifically controlled and continuously improvedWillingly performs other duties as assigned by supervisorWhat Do You Need?To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.Some technical knowledge and ability to follow standard work and proceduresAbility and experience in using a variety of different welders and demonstrated welding techniquesGood communication skills (verbal and written)High school diploma or equivalentAbility to lift/move up to 10 pounds regularly; 25 pounds frequently; 40 pounds occasionallyBENEFITS: Employees are eligible for benefits the first of the month following their hire date.Medical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision Insurance401k10 paid holidaysVacation and Sick Leaveand more!The Toro Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
