Job description
MIG WelderYour craftsmanship is what makes our products solid, reliable, and built to last!We are seeking a MIG welder to support rebar and reinforcement cage fabrication for precast concrete structures ranging in size and complexity. This role is integral to producing custom-engineered concrete castings used in storm and sanitary water construction projects. Hours: 6:00a - 2:30p (Mon-Fri) Pay Range: $22-$24/hr, based on experienceThe Impact You'll Make:Fabricate reinforcement cages by cutting, bending, tying, and welding rebar sizes #3 through #8Perform MIG welding in accordance with shop drawings and engineered specificationsAssemble rebar cages for custom precast concrete structuresEnsure high quality, consistency, and accuracy in all work productsMaintain a safe, organized work area and follow all safety protocolsCollaborate with team members to meet daily production goalsWhat We're Looking For:Experience with MIG welding, preferably in rebar, precast, or structural applicationsAbility to read and interpret shop drawingsStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipComfortable working independently and managing daily workloadReliable, safety-focused, and team-orientedWhat We Offer:Full-time, consistent scheduleHealth and Dental InsurancePTO and Paid Holidays401(k) PlanOpportunities to expand position based on proficiencyJoin a well-established precast concrete manufacturer with over 70 years of industry experience providing reliable stormwater and wastewater solutions to public, commercial, and residential construction markets.
