Night Shift WelderA growing manufacturing organization in Northvale, NJ is seeking an experienced Night Shift Welder to join its team.This is a skilled welding opportunity requiring a high degree of precision, consistency, and attention to quality. The ideal candidate has experience performing sanitary welding within food & beverage, pharmaceutical, medical, or another highly regulated manufacturing environment.The organization is expanding and looking for someone who can bring strong technical expertise to the team while maintaining the quality standards required within a sanitary manufacturing operation.The Ideal Candidate Brings:Extensive professional welding experienceStrong sanitary welding backgroundPrevious experience in food/beverage, pharmaceutical, medical, or similar manufacturingAbility to consistently produce clean and precise weldsStrong attention to detail and qualityUnderstanding of sanitary manufacturing expectationsWelding certification or equivalent experienceAbility to successfully complete a welding test during the interview processAbility to work 4:00 PM–1:00 AMStrong reliability and work ethicTeam-oriented mentalityWhat's in It for You?$35–$45/hour with flexibility for the right candidateHealth, dental & vision insuranceConsistent night-shift scheduleFamily-oriented company cultureGrowing organization with advancement potentialOpportunity to bring your expertise to a role where quality craftsmanship is valuedLong-term career growth opportunities
