WelderPay: $60 HR/DOE Per Diem: $62/Day | Location: Angie, LA | Weekly Pay | Full BenefitsWe're hiring experienced Commercial Welders from Bogalusa, Franklinton, Pine, Varnado, Sun, Kentwood, and surrounding Louisiana communities. If you're looking for steady work, competitive pay, weekly pay, and the opportunity to work on commercial and industrial projects, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities include:Perform MIG, TIG, Stick, and/or Flux-Core welding as required by the project.Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and fabrication drawings.Cut, fit, tack, and weld structural steel and metal components.Operate grinders, torches, and other fabrication equipment safely.Inspect welds to ensure quality and compliance with project specifications.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following OSHA safety standards.Work collaboratively with the construction team to complete projects on schedule.May work weekends as neededRequirements:Minimum 2 years experienceComplete tasks as assigned by the site supervisorPerform all tasks in a timely manner under minimal supervisionMust be able to follow both verbal and written instructionsMust be authorized to work in the United StatesMust have a Valid driver's license and dependable transportationMust pass drug screen and all required background checks.What we offer:Medical insuranceVision insuranceDental insuranceLife insuranceShort-term disability insuranceAll employees must have proper PPE- Work boots- all other PPE will be providedAll SLS employees are required to comply with our Substance Abuse Prevention Policy as a condition of employment.
