MIG/TIG Welder FabricatorA dynamic manufacturing company is seeking skilled and motivated MIG/TIG welder fabricators to join their team in Birdsboro, PA. The ideal candidates will have experience doing setups, fabricating and welding metal components from blueprints and engineering drawings while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and productivity. This position plays a key role in the manufacturing process by producing precision-welded assemblies and fabricated products for their customers.Welder Job Details:Schedule: Monday – Thursday: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM; Friday: 6:30 AM – 12:30 PMPay Rate: $19-$25/hour based on experienceSelling Points about Welder Position:Stable, Long-Term Manufacturing CareerVariety of Fabrication WorkHands-On ImpactWelder Job Description:Perform MIG and TIG welding on carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum components.Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, technical drawings, and fabrication specifications.Measure, cut, fit, and assemble metal components using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment.Set up and operate welding equipment to achieve quality welds that meet specifications.Welder Job Requirements:Minimum of 2 years of MIG and/or TIG welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings.Strong understanding of welding techniques, materials, and fabrication processes.PeopleShare is the leading Staffing Agency in the region and has temporary to hire and permanent jobs across 8 states.
