Welder1st and 2nd shift available (4-10s)Starting Pay: up to $30/hourDue to company growth and expansion we are seeking skilled welders to join our team! Standard schedule is 4-10 hour shifts Monday-Thursday including 1st shift (5:00AM-3:30PM) and 2nd shift (3:00PM-1:30AM). While the welding area can get hot due to proximity to warehouse doors, overall, it is a pleasant work environment. We take pride in maintaining a tidy workspace for our employees.ResponsibilitiesPerform MIG welding on Structural Steel up to 2 inches thick.Work collaboratively with other welders and other departments as needed.Read and interpret blueprints for fabrication processes.Maintain a clean and safe work area.Ensure quality standards are met in all welding tasks.Essential Skills3+ years of experience in MIG welding.Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Strong understanding of working with Structural Steel.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with fabrication processes.Great work ethic and positive attitude.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Blacklick, OH.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
