Job description
Welder PositionWe are seeking skilled and reliable welders to join our manufacturing team. Candidates must be experienced in MIG, TIG, or Stick welding, and be able to read blueprints and technical drawings. Openings are available for both day and night shifts.Responsibilities include:Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and welding symbolsPerforming MIG welding on steel, aluminum, or other metalsInspecting and testing welds for accuracy and qualitySetting up components for welding according to specificationsOperating tools and equipment such as grinders, saws, and clampsMaintaining a clean and safe work environmentCollaborating with other team members and supervisors to meet production goalsFollowing safety protocols and wearing required protective gear at all timesRequirements include:Proven experience as a welder in a manufacturing or industrial settingAbility to use welding equipment and tools (torches, clamps, calipers)Proficiency in reading blueprints and measuring accuratelyStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityMust pass a welding testHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredFlexibility to work assigned shift (day or night) and overtime as neededBenefits include:Competitive pay (based on experience)Health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysOpportunities for advancement and training
