WelderTradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Welders of all skill levels for projects located in the Boise, ID area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $30+/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a welder and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity, and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!Job Scope:Execute welding tasks using one or more processes, including MIG (GMAW), TIG (GTAW), Stick (SMAW), Flux-Cored (FCAW), or other applicable methods based on project requirementsRead blueprints, work orders, and welding symbols to accurately fabricate, assemble, or repair metal components to specificationsInspect completed welds for quality, maintain welding equipment, and follow all company safety procedures and applicable welding standardsOther tasks as assignedRequirements:Knowledge of one or more welding processes preferredAbility to read a tape measure and use basic hand and power toolsWelding certifications are a plus but not requiredBe safe from fraud! Tradesmen International will never ask you to pay for certifications, equipment, or other "up front" costs as a condition of hire.
