Welder – MIG / StickTOPS Staffing is looking for experienced Shop Welders to join a growing manufacturing operation. If you're a solid MIG/Stick welder looking for a long-term shop position, steady Monday-Friday hours, and strong union benefits, this is a great opportunity.Schedule & Pay 2nd Shift:Hours: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PMStarting Pay: $26.00/hourInitial training will be completed on daylight shift before transitioning to 2nd shift.What You'll Be Doing:MIG and Stick weld fabricated steel componentsRead and work from blueprints, weld symbols, and shop drawingsFit, prep, grind, and clean materials before weldingInspect finished welds for quality and accuracyMake adjustments as needed to produce quality weldsMaintain a clean and safe work areaComplete basic production and quality documentationLearn additional welding processes as neededWhat We're Looking For:Previous MIG and Stick welding experience requiredMust be able to successfully complete a weld testAbility to read blueprints and welding symbolsManufacturing or heavy fabrication experience preferredStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityReliable attendance and a strong work ethicSAW experience is a plus, but not required, training is availableWhy This Opportunity?Direct hire — no temp-to-hire periodUnion manufacturing environmentCompetitive starting wageExcellent benefitsMonday-Friday scheduleNo travel or field workLong-term stability and career growthOpportunity to learn additional welding processesIf you're an experienced MIG/Stick welder looking for a steady shop job with a strong long-term opportunity, apply today through TOPS Staffing!
