Join Our Manufacturing Team
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Welder to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will fabricate and assemble components into finished products while maintaining high standards for quality, productivity, and safety. Key Responsibilities
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols.
Set up and operate welding equipment for various materials and weld positions.
Perform welding operations according to specifications and quality standards.
Inspect completed welds for accuracy, strength, and quality.
Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment and tools.
Retrieve materials and fabricated parts from inventory locations.
Store and organize finished products and materials.
Track and update work orders through the company computer system.
Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required
Minimum of 2 years of welding experience or equivalent technical education/training.
Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings, weld symbols, and work instructions.
Knowledge of safe welding practices and manufacturing procedures.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
Basic computer skills and comfort using software to track jobs and production activities.
Preferred
Previous manufacturing or production welding experience.
Forklift operation experience.
Experience working in fast-paced production environments.

Physical Requirements
Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, and reaching.
Regular use of hands and arms to operate welding and fabrication equipment.
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally.
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures, noise levels, and production demands.
