WelderWelder**Temp to hire MIG Welder** We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Temp to Hire MIG Welder to join our team. This vital role involves performing essential welding tasks to assist in the repair of damaged rail cars, ensuring they meet rigorous safety and operational standards. If you possess strong MIG welding expertise and are committed to quality workmanship, we encourage you to apply.Responsibilities:Perform comprehensive welding repairs on damaged rail cars.Utilize MIG welding processes proficiently to ensure high-quality and durable repairs.Inspect damaged areas to accurately assess repair requirements.Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and procedures.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.Collaborate effectively with team members to optimize workflow and project completion.Schedule:Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday6:00 AM to 4:30 PMMust be able to work overtime as needed.Physical Requirements:Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.Ability to stand for the duration of the entire 10 hour shift.Required Skills & Qualifications:Must be able to successfully pass a MIG welding test.Proficiency in MIG welding techniques.Must own and utilize a personal welding hood and gloves for welding test and during work.Must be willing to successfully complete a drug screen, including THC.Must have or is unwilling to obtain required personal protective equipment, including steel-toed boots.Disqualify if unable to work in high-heat conditions exceeding 120 degrees during summer months.What's in it for you?Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveWeekly Pay401kAnd More!Welder Details:Temp-to-Hire position$ 20.00 / hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Thursday from 06:00am to 04:30pm)We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and celebrate diversity at all levels of our organization.
