Job Description Job Description Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Welders perform various procedures in order to manufactured goods to meet quality standards and on time delivery date goals, while meeting all safety requirements.
1-3 years of welding/ fabricating experience is required.
Experience with TIG & MIG, including setting up welding equipment and following welding procedure specifications is required.
Must be capable of reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and fabricating all component parts into complete assemblies.
Performs basic equipment maintenance.
Keeps work area clean and neat at all times.
Documents the part processed.
Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Performs basic machine maintenance.
Keeps work area clean.
Documents the part processed.
Save programs on the machine.
Great attendance and a positive attitude
Must have good social skills to work well in a team environment,
The ability to take and follow directions is very important, and willing to learn new skills.

Willingness to stay long term and grow with the organization.
Educations/ Experience Preferred :
High School Diploma or GED (General Education Degree) required.
Trade School with Welding Certificate is preferred.
High degree of attention to detail with accuracy
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
Knowledge of machines used in operation.
This Job is a Full time Position (40) with possible overtime in busy times.
Typical hours of work: 7 am-3:30 pm typical (Monday- Friday), Overtime as required.
7am - 3:30pm - Monday thru Friday
