Job description
WelderOur client, the energy infrastructure industry, is seeking a Welder to join their team. As a Welder, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting fabrication and assembly of structural steel and metal components. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong work ethic, and safety consciousness, which will align successfully in the organization.Location: Early, TexasPay Range: $25-$28Shift: M-F 6am – 4:30pm every other SaturdayWhat's the Job?Perform welding using GMAW (MIG), FCAW (Flux Core), and/or SMAW (Stick) processes.Weld structural steel, plate steel, and fabricated components according to specifications.Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, work orders, and weld symbols.Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment.Inspect completed welds to ensure compliance with quality standards.What's Needed?High school diploma or GED.2+ years of welding experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, construction, or industrial environment.Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols.Experience using measuring devices including tape measures, squares, and gauges.Ability to pass a weld test.What's in it for me?Opportunity to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment.Chance to develop and enhance welding skills.Work with a dedicated team committed to safety and quality.Potential for career growth within the organization.Engage in meaningful projects supporting energy infrastructure development.Upon completion of waiting period associates are eligible for:Medical and Prescription Drug PlansDental PlanSupplemental Life InsuranceShort Term Disability Insurance401(k)If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
