Job description
Welder (MIG/TIG)Seeking a skilled welder with MIG and TIG experience to support production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities:Set up and operate MIG and TIG welding equipmentProduce high-quality welds to meet specificationsInspect work to ensure quality standards are metMaintain a clean, organized workspacePerform basic preventative maintenance on equipmentCollaborate with team members to meet production goalsRequirements:MIG and TIG welding experience requiredWelding certification preferred (accredited program)Strong attention to detail and qualityPhysical & Safety Requirements:Stand for full shift; lift up to 40 lbsFrequent bending, twisting, and stoopingMust wear required PPE (helmet, hearing protection, safety shoes)Work Environment:Team-oriented setting focused on safety, quality, and efficiencyAssociate can report any hazards and concerns to the Illinois Department of Labor by calling the Department’s Day and Temporary Labor Services Act toll-free hotline at or emailing at Total Talent Resources and QFS does not provide any transportation resources or meals for our associates during any assignments.
