Job description
Welder/FabricatorsWe are seeking skilled and adaptable Welder/Fabricators in the Liberal area.Responsibilities Include:Fabricate and weld equipment and structures according to specifications.Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.Work with a variety of metals, including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and hand sketches.Visualize finished products and determine the appropriate fabrication approach.Adapt to different projects, materials, and fabrication requirements.Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.Travel occasionally to offsite projects, including overnight stays when needed.Qualifications & RequirementsWelder and fabrication experience preferred.Proficiency with MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.Experience working with aluminum and stainless steel.Ability to read and understand blueprints and hand sketches.Strong ability to visualize the finished product and work independently.Adaptable and willing to take on a variety of fabrication projects.Must successfully pass a fabrication/welding test.Must have steel-toe boots and a 25-foot tape measure.ScheduleMonday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PMWeekends and overtime as needed.Occasional overnight travel to offsite projects may be required.If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in quality craftsmanship, and are looking for a position where no two projects are exactly alike, we'd like to hear from you!
