Job TitleResponsibilitiesWeld quality products in a timely matter with precision and efficiencyMIG and TIG weldingClean and maintain equipmentOperate equipment safely, efficiently, effectively and respectfullyMust be able to read and interpret drawings, blue prints, welding process specifications and workordersRequired to accurately log in/out of jobs and report quantities completed/scrappedVerifies print matches part being fabricated/weldedMaintain tolerances and finish quality on job during production and upon completionInvolve engineers if parts found to be out of toleranceNotify supervisor of quality/tolerance issues prior to running jobMust use basic hand-held measuring toolsForesee problems and implement preventative solutionsUnderstand mechanics and work closely with Mechanical AssemblyWork with Management to create precise productsAbility to work with minimal supervisionBrake press/machining and Bridgeport operation a plus
