Welder PositionExpress Employment Professionals are seeking skilled welders with experience in fabrication, production, pipe, or structural welding. This is a full-time opportunity with a supportive team and long-standing manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities:Perform TIG, MIG, Stick, and Flux-Cored welding with verifiable proficiencySet up, lay out, and tack frames to tight tolerancesAchieve required cosmetic finishes using grinders and sandersSafely move parts and heavy frames on/off machinery and throughout the facilityRead and interpret blueprints and drawings in both Metric and Standard unitsQualifications:Previous verifiable welding experience requiredAbility to work with precision and attention to detailMust provide personal welding hoodStrong knowledge of fabrication processes and safety practicesWhy Work with Express Employment:No fees to you – we connect you directly with employersWeekly pay and holiday payMedical, dental, vision, and life insurance available401(k) retirement optionsSupportive team environment with long-term career opportunities
