Candidate must either be certified or willing to get certified after 90-day probationary period and able to pass BW weld test. Candidate must be able to have flexible schedule and willing to work OT and weekends if needed and the support production as needed. Candidate must be willing to participate in continual self-improvement and improving overall job knowledge.Job Requirements:High School Diploma or equivalentWelding Certification from accredited college.Respiratory Fit Test Certification, or obtain within three (3) months of hire.Basic computer, math, reading and measurement proficiency.Must be able to read drawings and specificationsKnowledge of 5S, Kaizen and LSS preferred.Ability to follow established safetyDetailed and organized.Self-starter, team player with a good safety awareness.Mig and Tig experienceUse all fabrication and welding toolsAbility to perform other duties as requiredLift more than 50lbsAbility to operate fork lift and other heavy equipmentPhysical Requirements:Lift up to 30 lbs up to 60% of shift and 50 lbs up to 30% of shift; push/pull up to 30 lbsWalk, stand, bend, twist/turn, reach overhead and grasp tools as necessaryAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, and protected veteran status.
