Job description
Welder/FabricatorWe are currently hiring for all levels of welders. Depending on your experience, knowledge, and ability to pass the in-house testing, will determine what level you will be hired in at.This is a full-time, on-site Welder/Fabricator role based in Greater Macon. The job involves performing a variety of welding tasks, including arc, TIG, and MIG welding, as well as working with different materials to fabricate and assemble components. The Welder/Fabricator will interpret technical drawings and blueprints, ensure the quality of welds, and adhere to workplace safety standards while contributing to a customer-focused, quality-driven environment.QualificationsProficiency in Arc Welding, TIG Welding, and MIG WeldingExperience in various welding techniques and capabilities with materials like metals and alloysAbility to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specificationsStrong commitment to safety practices in a fabrication and manufacturing environmentAttention to detail and a focus on producing high-quality workmanshipStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team settingPrior experience in precision metal fabrication is an advantageHigh school diploma or equivalent; welding certifications are required
