This is a Full-Time, in-person employment position.
What Your Role Looks Like: Fabricating Complete assemblies used in the erecting process of small to large buildings
Finish grinding of rails for both aesthetic and safety purposes
Working with other fabricators to solve complex fabrication task for specialty projects
Requirements: Proven experience as a welder/fabricator - Photos or Videos of past work is highly encouraged
Strong understanding of different welding procedures.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in a fabrication environment.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
Strong work ethic and commitment to quality and efficiency.
Have the ability to adapt when jobs require
Experience with finish grinding of welded materials - specifically finish grinding of rails in relation to NOMA designations
Past experience with acetylene torch or plasma cutter is a plus+
What Success Looks Like: Complete, on-time, fabrication of assemblies
Work is not returned due to fabrication error
