Job OpportunityWe are seeking skilled individuals with experience in welding, fabrication, blueprint reading, and metalworking who are looking for long-term career opportunities within growing manufacturing environments.ResponsibilitiesPerform MIG, Flux Core, TIG, or Stick welding on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum componentsRead and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and shop drawingsFabricate, fit, and assemble parts according to specificationsOperate fabrication equipment including grinders, saws, cutting torches, and other power toolsMeasure, cut, grind, and prepare materials for weldingInspect completed welds for quality and accuracyPerform structural, production, or manufacturing welding as requiredFollow all safety and quality proceduresQualificationsPrevious welding or fabrication experience requiredAbility to read blueprints and use measuring toolsExperience with MIG welding preferredExperience working in manufacturing, fabrication, industrial, or production environmentsAbility to pass a weld test if requiredStrong attention to detail and quality workmanshipJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Panama City, FL.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
