Your next opportunity to build something that matters.This manufacturing facility specializes in the design, engineering, and manufacturing of custom industrial machinery and control systems.Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including:Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveWeekly Pay401kAnd More!Welder/Fabricator Details:Temp-to-Hire position$ 18.00 to $ 25.00 / hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)Read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings.Perform MIG welding and fabricate steel components to specifications.Operate hand tools, grinders, saws, and welding equipment safely.Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.Maintain a clean and safe work environment.Welder/Fabricator Qualifications:Previous welding and fabrication experience preferred.Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a physically demanding environment.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and celebrate diversity at all levels of our organization.
