Job Description Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Welder Fabricator to support custom metalwork and industrial equipment projects. This role will perform MIG and TIG welding, metal fabrication, structural assembly, and in-process inspection while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and equipment reliability. The position offers opportunities for progression to Senior Welder or Lead Fabricator.
Responsibilities
Read and interpret blueprints for fabrication and assembly work.
Perform MIG and TIG welding on custom metalwork and industrial equipment.
Fabricate and assemble structural metal components.
Prepare materials for welding and fabrication.
Conduct in-process weld inspections.
Maintain welding and fabrication equipment.
Follow workplace safety requirements and established procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of experience in welding and fabrication.
Welding certificate D1.1
Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding.
Blueprint-reading and measurement-tool skills.
Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail.
Commitment to workplace safety.
