Job description
FabricatorPay: $19-24/hr.1st Shift: 6am to 4:30pm (Mon to Fri); Saturday OT as requiredSummary: Fabricate components off of shop drawings. Provide high quality Flux Core Arc welds in an efficient manner.Requirements & Duties:Ability to pass a Full Penetration Vertical weld test as well as a Fillet Overhead weld testConsistently produce high quality flux core arc welds that meet or exceed AWS D1.1 and 14.1 standardsAbility to read and fabricate off of shop drawingsAbility to read AWS weld symbolsAbility to work safely in a Heavy Industrial work environmentLift up to 50 poundsWilling to work 10 hour days and OT on Saturday as requiredBenefits:Health / Dental / Vision / Life Insurance (eligible after 90 days)401k with up to a 25% employer match (effective after 1 year)16 days PTO after 1 year of service (Employees accrue throughout the year)Employee Stock Option Plan (effective after 1 year)$850 Signing Bonus (effective after 6 months of employment)7 1/2 paid Holidays per yearWeekly Pay
