Job DescriptionOverview:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our welding team. This role involves welding and fabiracting various components for industrial machines using a stainless steel and a variety of tools. This is a hands on position that requires strong mechanical aptitude, percision, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Perform MIG and TIG welding on stainless steel
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding specifications
Fabricate and assemble metal components to required dimensions and tolerances
Operate tools and equipment commonly used in metal fabrication (grinders, saws, drills, etc.)
Inspect welds to ensure quality, strength, and adherence to specifications
Troubleshoot fitment, alignment, and welding issues as needed
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Follow all safety procedures and welding standards
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Experience with MIG and TIG welding
Ability to weld stainless steel and other metals
Familiarity with fabrication tools and shop equipment
Strong understanding of welding techniques, materials, and safety practices
