WelderTradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Welders for projects located in or around Fort Collins, CO. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $23–$35/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a Welder and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!Job Scope:Perform MIG (GMAW), TIG (GTAW), Stick (SMAW), and Flux-Core (FCAW) welding as requiredWeld carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum componentsComplete structural, pipe, production, industrial, and fabrication welding projectsPerform fit-up, layout, cutting, grinding, and fabrication tasksRead and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, and weld symbolsFabricate, repair, and assemble structural steel, equipment, piping, and manufactured productsUtilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment safely and effectivelyMaintain quality workmanship while adhering to all jobsite safety standardsRequirements:Previous professional welding or fabrication experienceAbility to safely operate welding equipmentBasic fabrication and measurement skillsWelding hood and proper PPEReliable transportationAbility to work safely in commercial, industrial, or manufacturing environmentsSome assignments may require a weld test, certification, or project-specific welding procedure qualificationPreferred:Experience in one or more of the following areas is encouraged:MIG / GMAW WeldingTIG / GTAW WeldingStick / SMAW WeldingFlux-Core / FCAW WeldingStructural WeldingPipe WeldingProduction WeldingIndustrial WeldingShop FabricationField FabricationStructural FabricationEquipment RepairLayout and Fit-UpCutting and GrindingBlueprint ReadingWeld Symbol InterpretationBe Safe from fraud!
