Location: Greeneville, TN
Pay Rate: $20.00 - $21.50 per hour
Schedule:
2nd Shift, 2 PM - 10 PM
3rd Shift, 10 PM - 6 AM

Looking for Welder jobs in Greeneville where your welding skills help build quality products? This opportunity lets you apply your craftsmanship to fabricate, join, and repair metal components while supporting safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
Job Duties
Pull and weld parts according to prints and specifications
Perform MIG welding (semi-automatic experience a plus)
Ensure products are properly labeled
Follow work instructions and production processes
Maintain quality and safety standards
Support additional duties as assigned
Education Requirements
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Vocational training, welding certification, or technical education is beneficial.
Experience Requirements
Experience performing MIG welding on steel, stainless steel, aluminum, or other metals.
Ability to read blueprints, welding symbols, and fabrication drawings.
Knowledge of welding equipment setup, welding techniques, and safe operating procedures.
Ability to accurately measure, fit, and prepare materials prior to welding.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship and workplace safety.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in manufacturing, fabrication, structural welding, or production environments is preferred.
Experience using grinders, saws, cutting equipment, and metal fabrication tools is beneficial.
Knowledge of weld inspection, blueprint interpretation, and quality control procedures is considered an asset.
Individuals who demonstrate craftsmanship, dependability, and a commitment to continuous improvement are well positioned for success as a Welder.
Physical Capabilities
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work in welding positions throughout the shift.
Ability to lift metal components, materials, and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
Ability to safely wear welding helmets, gloves, and required personal protective equipment.
Ability to safely work around welding equipment, sparks, heat, and fabrication machinery while following established safety procedures.
