Welder Helper
Location: Pensacola, FL Pay: $17.00/hourSchedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PMJob Type: Temporary Assignment (3 Weeks)
Job Summary
K&S Staffing Solutions is hiring a dependable Welder Helper for a short-term assignment in Crestview, FL. This position will assist welders with daily fabrication and welding support duties in a fast-paced work environment. Candidates should be mechanically inclined, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in an industrial setting.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain additional hands-on experience in welding and fabrication support.
Responsibilities
Assist welders with materials, tools, and equipment
Grind, clean, and prep metal surfaces
Move and organize materials around the worksite
Help maintain a clean and safe work environment
Support welding operations as directed by lead welder or supervisor
Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
Perform other shop or labor duties as assigned
Qualifications
Previous construction, welding, or fabrication helper experience preferred
Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor
Comfortable working in a shop or industrial environment
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance required
Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
Steel toe boots required
