Welders (Day & Night Shifts)Nailor Industries is expanding and looking for skilled welders to join our team in the Houston area! If you're experienced, dependable, and take pride in your work, this is a great opportunity to grow with a stable, industry-leading manufacturer.What You'll Do:Perform MIG and TIG welding on HVAC and air distribution productsWork with carbon steel, stainless steel, galvanized steel, and aluminumRead and interpret blueprints and work ordersEnsure weld quality meets company standardsMaintain a safe, clean, and productive work environmentWhat We're Looking For:Welding experience in a manufacturing or industrial settingMIG required; TIG a plusAbility to read blueprints and use measuring toolsStrong attention to detailAluminum welding experience is a plusWhy Nailor?Day & Night Shift OpportunitiesCompetitive pay + overtime potentialStable, growing companyTeam-focused, safety-first environmentLocation: all 3 Houston-area facilities
