Welding TechnicianPay: $21.00 - $27.00 per hourJob description:We're looking for motivated individuals with some welding experience who are ready to grow their skills. This role is perfect for someone who's comfortable with basic welding techniques and wants to advance into full certification.What You'll Do:Perform MIG and Fluxcore spray arc welding to company standardsMaintain consistent production and quality levels in your workSet up fixtures and operate welding equipment and processes as specifiedKeep welding equipment maintained, calibrated, and in safe working orderGenerate simple written reports to document production activity as requiredFollow all safety procedures at all timesTake direction well and work effectively with your teamRequirements:Some prior welding experience required (school, shop, or previous job)Must be able to read a tape measureStrong attention to detail and safetyBe able to train on Day shift for at least 2 weeksDependable attendance and ability to work a consistent Monday–Thursday scheduleWhy Join Us:Three-day weekendsStable, full-time hoursOn-the-job training toward certificationOpportunity to grow into a higher-paying, certified welding roleJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insuranceVision insuranceWork Location: In person
