If you've got solid MIG welding experience and can weld straight from a print, we want you building Grapples, Spotters, and Sidney Products alongside a skilled production team.The DetailsPay: $24.00/hour, plus more depending on experienceLocation: Lenexa, KSExperience: 4–7 yearsWhat You'll DoMIG weld (GMAW) sub-assemblies and finished products in flat, horizontal, and vertical positionsBuild Grapples, Spotters, Tack, and Sidney ProductsRead prints and weld to print with accuracyPerform on-line testing, inspection, and welding quality checksPolish and prepare metal units for the next stage of productionFollow all safety and hazardous material procedures, using PPE as requiredKeep your workstation clean, organized, and running efficientlyMaintain accurate production and quality recordsMay provide training to others on welding, assembly, inspection, or test proceduresWhat You BringHigh school diploma or equivalent4–7 years of welding experienceWelding Certification requiredAbility to read prints and weld to printComfortable following written and verbal instructions and posted proceduresStrong teamwork and communication skillsAbility to prioritize, solve problems, and work independentlyWhy Arrow Acquisitions?
