Multiple shifts are available. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated welders who take pride in producing high-quality work, enjoy hands-on manufacturing, and want to build a long-term career in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Job Description:Successful candidates will perform MIG and/or TIG welding in a manufacturing environment. Work requires the ability to fit and/or weld on jigs and fixtures for all production requirements. Knowledge of FCAW, GMAW, or aluminum welding processes is preferred.Essential Duties:Lay out, fit, and weld steel and aluminum fabricated components to manufacture weldments and sub-assemblies utilizing established welding processesWeld on medium and/or large fabrications in jig fixtures including fitting, welding, and fabricationPerform welding in multiple positions including overhead, flat, vertical, and horizontalProperly set up and adjust welding equipment according to blueprints, drawings, and weld procedure specificationsRead and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and welding specificationsInspect completed welds to ensure quality and accuracyMaintain a clean and safe work environmentCollaborate with production and quality teams to meet project deadlinesQualifications:Formal education or training in welding preferredMinimum of one (1) year of TIG welding experience preferred; all levels of experience will be consideredAbility to interpret blueprints and weld symbols and fit/weld according to print specificationsManufacturing or fabrication experience preferredStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipAbility to work independently and as part of a teamSuccessful candidates will be certified through JWF IndustriesJWF Industries is a federal contractor and safety-sensitive employer.
