You'll enjoy a dedicated workstation, a collaborative environment, and the satisfaction of seeing complex projects come to life.What You'll DoPerform MIG, TIG, Pulse, and Flux Core welding on carbon steel and stainless steel components.Fabricate and assemble custom pressure vessels, piping systems, and heat exchanger equipment.Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and technical specifications.Select appropriate welding methods, materials, and equipment to meet design requirements.Perform pipe welding, fitting, cutting, and fabrication work.Conduct quality inspections to ensure weld integrity and compliance with specifications.Use measuring and inspection tools to verify dimensions and tolerances.Collaborate with engineering, fabrication, and production teams to complete custom projects.Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.What We're Looking For2+ years of professional welding experience.Strong MIG, TIG, Pulse, and Flux Core welding skills.Experience reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.Experience welding carbon steel; stainless steel experience is a plus.Fabrication and fitting experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.Knowledge of welding codes, standards, and quality requirements.Experience with pipe welding and pipe fitting preferred.High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.Welding certifications are highly valued but not required.Preferred ExperiencePressure vessel fabricationCode weldingStainless steel weldingCustom manufacturing environmentsIndustrial OEM manufacturingHeat exchanger or process equipment fabricationQuality inspection and measurement techniquesWork EnvironmentYou'll work in a clean, organized, and well-maintained manufacturing facility equipped with modern tools and equipment.
