TIG WelderPay: $20-$23hr Working Days: Monday - Friday Shift Time: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Location: Glenshaw, PA Join a renowned designer and manufacturer at the forefront of architectural and site product innovation, serving high-profile commercial and public projects worldwide. As a TIG Welder, you will play a vital role in our Pittsburgh manufacturing team, applying your skills to produce high-quality aluminum and steel components with safety, accuracy, and efficiency. This position offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for career growth, performance incentives, and a chance to contribute to projects that make a real impact.Required Skills:Minimum of 1 year of experience or training in TIG weldingProficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and job ordersSkilled in operating measuring devices such as calipers and tape measuresBasic computer navigation and data entry skillsAbility to stand for at least 8 hours and lift up to 50 poundsStrong focus on safety, quality, and timelinessNice to Have Skills:Experience with aluminum and steel welding in both standard and custom projectsKnowledge of welding symbols and inspection techniquesAbility to perform material preparation like grinding, drilling, and cuttingPreferred Education and Experience:High school diploma or equivalentPrior experience in a manufacturing or industrial welding settingOther Requirements:Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and overtime if necessaryCommitment to maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to safety protocolsIf you're passionate about precision welding and eager to grow your career within a creative, high-performance team, we want to hear from you.
