WelderTradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Welders for projects located in the Madison, WI area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $24/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a Welder and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity, and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!Job Scope:Read and understand blueprints, geometrical call outs and weld symbolsUse GMAW-P, GMAW-S, and GTAW to effectively weld weldments tanks and metal parts together per the weld process specification sheetPerform welding on a wide variety of metals and alloys including carbon steel galvanized steel stainless steel and aluminumHand layouts of weldmentsUse fixtures gauges and jigs to manufacture welded parts to customer specificationsAssist with creating work instructionsComplete the first piece in process and final inspections using calipers height gauges protractors and tape measuresAnalyze weld processes and recommending process improvementsBe Safe from fraud!
