Maintenance Technicians/ Welder – Bailey Mine Prep PlantJennmar Services is looking for dependable, hard-working Maintenance Technicians to join our team at the Bailey Mine Prep Plant. These are full-time positions offering steady hours, competitive pay, great benefits, and long-term career opportunities.If you’re motivated, reliable, and ready to work, we want to hear from you.Job Description:Perform maintenance and repairs on prep plant machinery as neededWelding and torching as needed (greatly desired skill, not required)General labor and maintenance support where neededFollow all safety procedures and other duties as assignedSchedule:Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM4 days on / 3 days off (10-hour shifts) + overtime if availableBenefits:Competitive hourly payPaid vacation & paid holidaysHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company match after 6 monthsRequirements:Previous maintenance experience preferredMSHA Surface papers required — training provided if neededAbility to work shifts including weekends/holidaysMust pass background check, drug & alcohol screening, and hair-follicle testBasic hand toolsRequired PPE (Not Provided):Hard hatReflective vest or shirtMetatarsal bootsWhy Work With Jennmar Services?Our employees are our greatest asset.
