WelderRequired Skills & Experience Highschool Diploma or equivalent 1+ year of welding experience Experience with various welding processes (GMAW, FCAW, GTAW) Nice to Have Skills & Experience - Fabrication experience - Manufacturing experience - Worked on a farmJob Description We are looking for a self-motivated, quality-minded, highly skilled Welder to join our production team at our new facility in Manhattan, KS. In this position, welders work on in-house projects. Welders are expected to safely complete each job within specific deadlines to ensure we meet our customers' needs. Key ResponsibilitiesInterpret and follow proper welding procedures and welding symbols on drawings.Use calibrated measuring tools (measuring tapes, squares, etc.) to properly fit up assemblies.Utilize industry tools and equipment. Hand, pneumatic, electric, and battery powered tools. Plasma cutters, oxyacetylene torches, and carbon air arc.Weld parts in various positions, processes (GMAW, FCAW, and GTAW), and materials (Steel, Aluminum, and Stainless Steel).Clean and maintain equipment and work area.Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.Assist in other areas of production as needed or as assigned.
