WelderDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Welders for an established manufacturing company in McGregor, MN. In this role, you'll help fabricate high-quality products while working with a skilled team in a hands-on manufacturing environment. If you enjoy welding, working from blueprints, and producing quality workmanship, this could be a great fit. Read below for more information!What You'll Do as a Welder:Reinforce and promote company core values in daily interactions with coworkers and customersWork from verbal instructions, blueprints, and work ordersSet up welding equipment and prepare materials for weldingPerform MIG/TIG welding on a variety of parts and componentsUse hand tools including grinders, hammers, spot welders, clamps, fixtures, and jigsRead complex prints and plan work procedures to ensure quality productionComplete complex welds according to specifications and quality standardsWhat You Need to Bring to the Welder Role:High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experienceMinimum of 2 years of MIG/TIG welding experienceAbility to pass an internal welding testWorking knowledge of welding principles, methods, equipment, and toolsAbility to read blueprints and lay out parts from printsBasic math and measurement skillsGood hand-eye coordination and demonstrated ability to perform complex weldsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodationsWhy You'll Like Working with Doherty Staffing SolutionsEnjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
