Aluminum WelderPay: 23.00/HRShift: 5:00am - 2:30pmA growing industrial radiator manufacturing company in Melrose Park is seeking an experienced Aluminum Welder to join their 1st shift team. This position requires strong welding skills and the ability to work in a manufacturing environment building custom industrial radiator products.Responsibilities:Perform aluminum welding on industrial radiator components and assembliesSet up and operate welding equipment according to job specificationsRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding instructionsPerform quality inspections on completed weldsMaintain a clean and safe work areaWork with various hand tools and measuring equipmentFollow all safety and production guidelinesRequirements:Previous aluminum welding experience requiredMIG/TIG welding experience preferredExperience in a manufacturing or fabrication environmentAbility to read blueprints is a plusStrong attention to detail and quality workmanshipAbility to work independently and as part of a teamSteel toe shoes requiredSafety glasses requiredEar plugs requiredAssociate can report any hazards and concerns to the Illinois Department of Labor by call the Department’s Day and Temporary Labor Services Act toll-free hotline at or email at Talent Resources and QFS does not provide any transportation resources or meals for our associates during any assignments.You are responsible for your own meals and coordinating getting to and from the job site through your own resources.Total Talent Resources and QFS verify all information contained in this statement are True and Correct to the best of our knowledge and ability.
