Welder – 1st & 2nd ShiftMequon, WI 1st Shift - 5:00 am to 1:30 pm, overtime opportunity, Saturdays not mandatory 2nd Shift - 2:30 pm – 11:00 ($3.00 per hour for 2nd shift, applied on top of base pay) Pay $25.00 - $35.00 per hour based on shift and experience We are hiring experienced Welders for both 1st and 2nd shift opportunities. If you have solid MIG welding skills, can confidently work from blueprints, and enjoy building quality products in a hands-on manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you.This is a great opportunity for someone who values steady work, takes pride in their craftsmanship, and wants to be part of a team where safety, quality, and productivity matter.What You'll DoAs a Welder, you will fabricate and weld steel components and assemblies used in a variety of manufacturing applications. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:MIG welding carbon steel components and fabricated assembliesSetting up, fitting, and positioning parts prior to weldingReading blueprints, drawings, weld symbols, and work instructionsUsing measuring tools to verify dimensions and proper fit-upInspecting your work for weld quality, accuracy, and overall workmanshipMaking adjustments, repairs, or rework when necessaryOperating welding and fabrication equipment safely and efficientlyPerforming basic equipment setups and routine maintenanceWorking with production and quality teams to keep jobs moving on scheduleMaintaining a clean and safe workstationFollowing company safety procedures and quality requirementsAssisting with other fabrication or welding processes as neededWhat We're Looking ForPrevious MIG welding experienceExperience welding steel in a manufacturing, fabrication, or similar environmentAbility to read and understand blueprints and fabrication drawingsKnowledge of weld symbols and basic welding specificationsAbility to perform part fit-up and prepare assemblies for weldingComfortable using common welding, fabrication, and measuring toolsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityDependable attendance and a strong work ethicAbility to work independently as well as part of a production teamAbility to safely lift, move, and position materials as required by the jobFormal welding training, an apprenticeship, or AWS/ASME welding certifications are helpful but not required for all candidates.
