WelderMesquite, TexasType: TemporaryManufacturing/ProductionSalary: $15 Per HourJob DescriptionWelderConstructs and assembles metal components for production and facility operation.Duties/Responsibilities:Fabricates new or replacement metal parts and components for production productsAssembles component parts using hand tools and small power toolsConducts first-piece and in-process inspections, adjusts as necessary to meet specifications and quality standardsEnsures accurate machine operationAssists with equipment change-oversRequired Skills/Abilities:Ability to read and understand welding symbols and terminologyAbility to read and follow weldment assembly drawingsSolid understanding of proper welding proceduresSteady hands and good hand-eye coordinationPhysical strength and enduranceHigh aptitude for math; ability to read and understand blueprintsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyCommitment to all aspects of safetyAble to handle working on and completing projects within tight deadlines while maintaining professionalismEducation and Experience:2+ years' experience as a Welder; Certification or Licensed preferredForklift experience is helpful, but not requiredBi-lingual Spanish a plusWork Hours:10-hour shift, Monday – Friday, with occasional need for overtime.$15 – 17.00 /hr6:30am-4:30pmMesquite, TX 75149
