Production MIG Welder1st Shift | Mon-Thu | 6:00 AM-4:30 PMJoin a family-owned manufacturer as a Production MIG Welder. You'll perform high-volume MIG welding on primarily mild steel parts while maintaining quality and production goals.ResponsibilitiesPerform MIG welding (98%) and occasional pulse weldingRead blueprints, weld prints, and welding symbolsComplete fillet, butt, and circular weldsGrind, fit, and inspect parts as neededUse measuring tools and overhead cranesWork independently while meeting quality standardsQualifications2+ years of production MIG welding experienceAbility to read blueprints and welding symbolsExperience with grinding, fitting, and measuring toolsBasic shop math skillsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Pulse welding and overhead crane experience preferredWhy Join Us?Four-day workweekStable, family-owned companySmall, team-oriented welding departmentFree Nice Health App benefitsLong-term growth opportunityJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $27.00 - $31.00/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
