Surestaff Hiring TIG WeldersSurestaff is immediately hiring TIG Welders for a large, well-known client in Mundelein, IL. Ideal applicants should have experience in TIG welding stainless steel and aluminum, or experience with MIG welding processes and various grinding tools. SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation ($19-$25/hr) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Available shifts include 2nd shift. Overtime is available on a first come, first serve basis.TIG Welder Duties and Responsibilities:Weld aluminum, stainless steel, galvanized, hot roll and cold roll materialsInstall or repair metal componentsUse grinding equipment in the cleaning processFollow blueprints or technical schematicsAbility to lead co-workers and prioritize/manage workload of existing jobs in the welding areaTIG Welder Requirements and Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalentMinimum of 3 years’ experienceExperience working with Miller Welders/Lincoln WeldersAbility to follow procedures and instructions per ISO requirementsGood written & verbal skills; Bilingual is a plusAbility and willingness to work overtime when necessaryAbout SurestaffAt Surestaff, we are dedicated to helping individuals unlock their career potential through meaningful job opportunities.
