Direct Hire OpportunityHours: Monday - Thursday, 4:00pm - 2:30amPay: up to $34.00/HRDuties:Perform high-quality TIG welding on a variety of materials and componentsRead and interpret blueprints, prints, and written instructions to complete jobs accuratelyMeasure, cut, grind, and fit materials to precise specificationsSet up and execute welds that meet both structural integrity and aesthetic standardsFabricate parts and components as requiredInspect finished welds to ensure quality, accuracy, and appearanceMaintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety proceduresQualifications:Experience in TIG welding required (primary focus; minimal use of other welding processes)Ability to work from prints and detailed instructionsStrong attention to precision, detail, and craftsmanshipSkilled in measuring tools and fabrication techniquesAbility to lift up to 75 lbs unassistedWelding education, certification, or degree preferredOpen to entry-level candidates with formal welding training or schoolingReliable, team-oriented, and committed to producing high-quality workWhy Express Employment Professionals, Appleton WI?Express, Appleton WI placed over 1,350 people in 2024 just in the Appleton area!We provide our associates with excellent comprehensive and competitive benefits!When you apply to us, you apply to 100+ companies in the Fox Valley!Over 170 people were hired to a permanent position in 2024.
