WelderTradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Welders for projects located in the Shreveport, LA area. This is a first & second shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $40/hour based on experience plus $100/day per diem for Travelers 60+ miles from the job site. If you are a Welder and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity, and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!Job Scope:Layout, fit, align, and secure metal parts for assemblyPrepare metal surfaces by removing rust, slag, grease, and contaminantsPerform MIG, TIG, Stick, Flux-Core, Plasma, Resistance, and Submerged Arc weldingWeld components in flat, vertical, and overhead positionsBolt, rivet, and assemble structural steel components as requiredGrind, chip, clean, and finish welds using hand and power toolsUse measuring tools such as calipers, squares, rulers, and tape measures to ensure accuracyRead and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and weld specificationsRequirements:Must have weld inspection certificationsAll PPEBe Safe from fraud!
