With a wide array of product offerings from high pressure, high volume trailer and truck-mounted sewer jetters, combination sewer cleaners, to rodders, bucket machines and easement machines, we have the equipment to help get the job done right the first time.About the RoleWe are looking for someone that is responsible for assembling pieces of metal together using a mig welder. You will need to review blueprints, cut metal into the appropriate shape and smooth metal to remove creases.ResponsibilitiesUtilize blueprints to manufacture quality assembliesMIG welding all positionsDocument actions by completing produced quality inspections, time forms if applicablePerforming related tasks such as thermal cutting and grinding to properly fit componentsMaintains a safe clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulationsWear proper PPEEnsure all equipment is properly set up and maintainedRequirements1-2 years' welding experienceMust be able to read and comprehend blueprintsBasic math skills and understanding how to utilize measuring devices accuratelyOperate forklift if required and trainedMust be able to operate overhead craneMust be able to work as part of a team18 Years or olderEligible to work in the United StatesLocation & CommitmentsPermanent full-time role based in Dixon, ILMonday – Thursday 8:00 pm - 6:30 amBenefits IncludePay range of $22.66 - $28.58 per hour.Productivity Bonus, paid quarterly. Average 2025 payout was $7/hour. Payouts are based on overall company profitability, and attendance$500 sign on bonus, paid after 90 days of employmentHealth, Vision, and Dental Insurance401k with company matchPaid Holidays and Vacation$2.00/hour night shift differential
