Welder PositionDo you take pride in building things that last? We're looking for a welder to join a hardworking and supportive team in Pepin, WI! In this role, you'll use your welding and fabrication skills to bring metal projects to life, working from blueprints and transforming raw materials into finished products. You'll enjoy a variety of projects, hands-on work, and the opportunity to make a visible impact every day. If you're detail-oriented, enjoy working with tools, and like seeing the finished product of your craftsmanship, we'd love to hear from you!Schedule:Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PMPay:$18-$20/hr.Weekly paychecks every FridayResponsibilities:Perform MIG welding on steel and metal componentsRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work ordersMeasure, cut, fit, and assemble materials for fabricationInspect welds for quality, strength, and accuracyOperate hand tools, grinders, and fabrication equipmentMaintain welding equipment and workstationsFollow all safety procedures and quality standardsWork with team members to meet production schedules and deadlinesSkills and Qualifications:Previous welding experience requiredAbility to read blueprints and fabrication drawingsStrong attention to detail and craftsmanshipExperience with MIG welding preferredMechanical aptitude and problem-solving skillsAbility to safely use welding and fabrication equipmentAbility to lift, stand, bend, and work in a manufacturing environmentReliable attendance and strong work ethicLocation:Candidates must be able to commute to Pepin, WI (this is not a remote role)Relocation is not available
