Job description
WelderWe are seeking a highly skilled Journeyman-quality welder with advanced expertise in precision tank welding. This role demands a true professional—someone who can deliver near-perfect welds consistently, follow detailed specifications, and maintain exceptional quality in a fast-paced environment. Pay: $40/hr to start Schedule: 5:00 AM–3:30 PM Key responsibilities include performing high-accuracy tank welding with minimal rework, interpreting blueprints, weld symbols, and technical drawings, maintaining strict weld quality and safety standards, keeping a clean, organized work area, and supporting production needs as required. Requirements include several years of professional welding experience (journeyman quality required), the ability to pass a hands-on weld test, strong knowledge of welding processes, materials, and safety practices, reliability, punctuality, and comfort with early-morning shifts. Commitment to producing top-tier welds every time is essential.
