Full-Time Welders NeededWe are seeking dependable Full-Time Welders to join a growing fabrication team in Scottsboro, Alabama. Whether you're an experienced MIG welder or have basic welding knowledge and are looking to grow your skills, we'd love to hear from you!Pay$18.00–$22.00 per hour. Performance raises every 6 months.Schedule1st ShiftMonday–Wednesday: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PMThursday: 6:30 AM – 12:00 PMResponsibilitiesPerform MIG welding and fabrication on steel components.Read and interpret work instructions and blueprints as needed.Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely.Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Follow all company safety procedures.QualificationsMIG welding experience preferred.Basic welding knowledge is welcome.Ability to work in a fast-paced fabrication environment.Steel-toe boots are required.Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.Great opportunity for both experienced and short-term welders looking for steady work.
